Text Toolbox is designed with privacy as a core principle. All text processing happens entirely in your browser using JavaScript. We never see, store, log, or transmit your text to any server.
What We Collect
Text You Enter
We collect nothing. When you type or paste text into any of our tools, it stays in your browser. No text is sent to our servers, no text is stored in any database, and no text is shared with third parties. When you close the tab, your text is gone.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This may include:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Browser type and device type
- General geographic location (country/city level)
- Referring website
We review analytics reports in aggregate and do not use analytics to identify individual visitors.

- Any files you process, upload, or download through our tools
- Account information — we have no accounts, logins, or signups
The only personal data we receive directly is what you choose to send us through our contact form (for example, your email address and message), which is delivered to our inbox so we can reply. Contact form messages are processed by our form provider. Note that our analytics and advertising providers (Google), contact form provider, and hosting/CDN provider may process technical data such as your IP address, browser, device information, and timestamps as described below.
Third-Party Services
We may use the following third-party services:
- Hosting/CDN provider — Site delivery, security, and server/CDN logs
- Google Analytics — Website usage statistics, enabled only with consent
- Google AdSense — Display advertising, if ads are enabled and consent allows
- Web3Forms — Contact form delivery when you send us a message
